What Does this CT Scan Result Mean?

I am 41 years old. I had a CT scan a month ago for headaches. It showed involutional changes in the frontotemporal lobes & cerebellum,not corresponding to my age. It said to check with my alcohol intake history. I am just an occasional drinker,if any.
